Pet Pantry Hours: Last Saturday of every month, 10 am- 1:30pm
In order to provide adequate time for matchmaking and adoption processing, we offer last call for adoptions 30 minutes prior to closing.
If you would like to visit an animal and adopt the same day, we encourage you to arrive at least 1 hour prior to closing.

If you are filing a complaint or have an animal-related emergency, please get in touch with us by phone. We do not monitor email or social channels 24/7.

Monday-Friday: 9:30am-5pm, Saturday: 10am-4am, Sunday: Closed
(Cities of Cashmere, Entiat, and Leavenworth service from 8 am-5 pm only)

Monday- Sunday: 8am - 8pm (except the City of Cashmere and Entiat, where contracted service hours are 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.)*
*From 8pm-8am, Animal Care and control Officers are available for emergency situations, injured animals, aggressive animals, and public safety issues. Call 506-662-9577, opt. 1, to reach an on-call officer.
