It’s really as easy as that. The WVHS Medical Fund saves lives. Medical care for shelter and stray animals is a large part of WVHS’s budget and this year, more than ever, we need your help providing it. The health and well-being of animals in our care is incredibly important and, every year, the Medical Fund provides necessary vet care for nearly 5,000 homeless animals, giving them a second chance.

The fund provides basic medical care like vaccinations, well check exams, and spay and neuter surgeries for all animals arriving at the shelter. And, for those that arrive needing more, critical, life-saving treatments such as: medications, x-rays, surgeries, and more.

Your donation to the fund today will ensure that not only ensure that animals in our community who don’t have a place to call home have hope this holiday season, but also give them a second chance so they never have to live another day without medical care, food, shelter and, most importantly, hope.
